General Anesthesia for Bronchopleural Fistula

Abstract

|
General anesthesia for bronchopleural fistula is encountered problems as technique & skill, position of the patient, insertion of the- endobronchial tube, and secretions, abscess fluids & blood are flowing into the .healthy lung.
Most important successful achievement of the general anesthesia for bronchopleural fistula is to avoid the fluids (pus) flowing into the healthy lung.
Insertion of the endobronchial tube is sometimes troublesome. Types of the endobronchial tube were presented and technique of insertion were reviewed.
First of all, to accomplish successful surgery for bronchopleural fistula patient was case presentation of the related departmental staff meeting and skillful endobronchial ;tube insertion to avoid the fluids(pus) flowing into the sound lung was noticed.
